Zonald Spinks, Esquire

Attorney Zonald Spinks, Esq. was born and raised in the State of Ohio and relocated to Florida in 1999.

Mr. Spinks obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida. Thereafter, Mr. Spinks earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2005.

Mr. Spinks has been practicing law in Florida with a focus on Matrimonial and Family law since 2011.

Mr. Spinks has earned a vast amount of experience in family law allowing him to personally assist and work with client towards a positive resolution to their case. Mr. Spinks come from a firm that has helped over 5,000 people during the most difficult time in their life. Mr. Spinks believes in a compassionate, but aggressive approach to family law matters. Mr. Spinks prides his blue collar approach to legal matters to be able to tackle difficult cases in a cost effective, yet satisfying resolution.

Mr. Spinks ensures all of his clients have adequate resources during their case and ample communication with their attorney. Mr. Spinks’ focus of practices includes a variety of areas of Family Law, including but not limited to, uncontested/contested divorces, child support, child custody, time sharing, adoptions, equitable distributions, business evaluations, domestic violence, contempt and enforcement, etc.

Mr. Spinks is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Spinks has volunteered in the Hillsborough County Guardian Ad litem Program as well as Big Brothers/Sisters of Tampa Bay. He continues to be involved with Bay Area Legal Services providing legal service to the needy. While Mr. Spinks may have not had a typical path to his legal career, it’s his experiences as a small business owner, salesman, and entrepreneur that set him apart from most legal practitioners.

Mr. Spinks resides in Tampa with his wife and 2 young children. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, USF Football, and Tampa Bay sports.
